Postage
Orders will be sent by first class post.
If the item is in stock they will be sent out immediately and should arrive within 2-3 working days. If the item is not in stock an email will be sent to you to inform you of the time scale for postage.
Refunds
Please do not hesitate to contact me, within 7 days of receipt, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.
Refunds, minus postage, are given to items returned in their original packaging. The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Custom designs are not refunded. This is because every custom design is a personal requirement.
Earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Please contact me, within 7 days of receipt, regarding any damages or incorrect items.
Care for your jewellery
Silver plated and Sterling Silver jewellery will tarnish with time and wear. To avoid tarnish, it is good to polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth.
Also it is recommend that you protect your jewellery by keeping it in the box and storing it in a dry, cool place and keeping individual pieces separate to avoid scratching.
To bring back sparkle from gemstones use warm water, washing up liquid and a soft small brush, take care not to scratch the silver or gold metal and rinse thoroughly.
Try to avoid contact with perfume, chemicals,deodorant etc, and always remove when showering, swimming or undertaking manual or domestic work
